How do I upgrade from a free account to a paid account / higher plan?

You can upgrade your account from the Basic to a Pro Plan with a monthly or yearly option.

To upgrade, login to the IDriveSync application and click the 'Upgrade' button or on a PC, go to 'Account Settings' and click on 'Upgrade Account' option.

Is my money refunded in case I cancel my account?

Yes. Refund for monthly subscription is issued on a pro-rata basis.

When you cancel an annual subscription to IDriveSync before its term, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis, calculated as per the subscription charges of the corresponding monthly plan for the number of days the account was used (the number of days between the most recent yearly charges and the cancelation date). If the amount exceeds the cost of subscription, then no refund is issued.
